Almond crackers 


Almond Crackers 

These grain free and low carb crackers are a must for anyone watching their carbs & gluten and wanting a crispy snack. I actually started making these a few years ago, unsure why I haven’t posted them until now!!! They are really simple to make and can be topped with almost anything. 

Equipment required 

1 processor, can you a small hand one also 

Baking tray 

Rolling pin 

Baking paper 

Shopping list

2 cups of ground almonds

1 lrg egg 

Seasoning 

Herbs (optional) 

Method to the madness 

Preheat the oven to 180C 

Process the almond flour and egg with a good pinch of salt, and any herbs you might like, until it forms a dough 

Place the ball of dough onto the baking paper and place another peice of paper on top, roll out to desired thickness 

Slice the crackers any way you like, small or large 

Bake until golden, about 12-15 minutes depending on thickness 

Eat on their own or topped with your favourite low carb topping 

ENJOY!
