Asian Lamb Ribs

I love trying different cuts of meat. This is my first time cooking with lamb ribs, luckily they turned out well otherwise we would have had a miserable lunch. Super easy to cook and a crowd pleaser, perfect for summer entertaining. 

Equipment required 

Large baking dish 

Aluminium foil 

Garlic crusher 

Shopping list for 4 people 

1.2kg lamb ribs 

1/4 cup of brown rice malt syrup, shoaxing Chinese wine, tamari 

2 large cloves of garlic 

2 tsp 5 spice 

Method to the madness

Place the ribs into the baking tray. Mix up the sauce and pour it over the ribs 

Leave them to marinate for 1 hr at least 

Preheat the oven to 200C 

Cover the baking tray with aluminium foil and bake for 1hr, turning the ribs half way through 

Remove the cover after 1 hr and bake for another 30 minutes 

Serve the ribs with of the sauce on top along side your fav side dishes 

ENJOY!
