Everyone loves Nutella – right? Everyone loves it until they see the ingredient breakdown and realize just how bad it is for you! This version is definitely less sweet than the orginal, but once your tastebuds have adjusted to less sweetness you will enjoy this just as much! The raw cocoa is a great source of anti-oxidants and flavoinds, so eat up!
A high speed blender

Shopping list makes a large jar
100g of hazelnuts
250ml of oat cream or other non dairy alternative
1/4 cup of raw cocoa
2 tbsp of brown rice malt syrup
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 pinch of sea salt
Method to the madness
Preheat the oven to 200C
Roast the hazelnuts for about 10 minutes until they are golden
Skin the hazelnuts (rub them together in a tea towel)
Blend the hazelnuts with the remaining ingredients until smooth – this takes some time, be patient
Spoon the mixture into a jar and try not to eat it all at once!
