Coyo with Raspberries & Cocoa 

Not really a recipe, but a delish lower carb snack or dessert that will delight the taste buds. A small tub of chocolate coyo (a coconut based yoghurt alternative) comes in at 4.9g of carbs, not bad for a sweet treat. It’s also dairy and gluten free, for those with an intolerance.

Shopping list 

1 small tub of chocolate coyo

1 small handful of raspberries

A sprinkle of cocoa nibs

Method to the madness 

Simply assemble the ingredients in a bowl and dive in
