Low carb ‘wraps’ 

I have to use inverted commas here because these babies aren’t really malleable enough to fully wrap, they do the job though! Quick and tasty, without any nasties, great for breakfast, lunch or snack time.

Equipment required

1 lrg fry pan
1 egg flip
1 mixing bowl
Measuring cups

Shopping list makes about 6 wraps

1/4 cup of chickpea and sesame flour
1/4 cup of milled flaxseed
1 pinch of sea salt
3/4 cup of water
Oil of your choice, I used ghee

Method to the madness 

Simply whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth

Leave the mixture to stand while you preheat the pan, it will thicken slightly

Heat the pan to a high heat and add your oil

Use roughly a tablespoon of batter and spread it as thinly as possible in the pan

Cook until the top side is translucent, then flip and cook on the other side until it is golden

Serve with your choice of toppings, I had mine with avocado, cashew butter and tomatoes
