Pizza Crust

Pizza is one of my fav things. It is hard to live without. I blame pizza for most of my falls off the wagon. This low carb pizza base that may change that. Super tasty, I can’t believe I haven’t made it before! Only down side is that it isn’t overly crisp so you have to eat with a knife and fork..

Equipment required

1 non stick pizza tin, 28cm
1 mixing bowl
1 grater

Shopping list

1 lrg head of cauliflower
2 eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Good pinch of salt & pepper
1/2 tsp of garlic powder

Method to the madness

Pre heat the oven to 200C

Grate the head of cauliflower, put it in the bowl

Add the seasoning, cheese and eggs

Mix together and pat into the tin evenly

Bake for approx 20 minutes

Once baked add desired toppings and re bake for about 10 minutes
