I have posted on hummus before, but I made it with oil and without tahini. This one is without oil and with tahini! This is by far my favourite and I would highly recommend. Super easy to make and also healthy, it’s a great recipe. I had never considered not using oil, but saw a recipe in the book Jerusalem by Ottolenghi. You can add in different flavours and of course, lemon juice if you fancy, it’s a great base for so many flavours. It’s also great with Harissa atop.
