This is my version of salsa verde so it isn’t traditional! This sauce works really well with meat or vege. This recipe contains raw garlic so if you aren’t a fan put it on hot food, the residual heat cooks the garlic a little. Fresh, fast and packed with flavour a great low carb sauce to spruce up your meals.
Hand blender, chopping attachment
1 small bunch of mint, basil and parsley
3 small gherkins
1 tsp of capers
1 tsp of Dijon mustard
1 tsp of vinegar
1 clove crushed garlic
8 tbsp of vege oil, you can use whatever you like including olive
Pinch of salt
Method to the madness
Simply put all the ingredients in the processor and blend!
Serve over veges or your fav protein. ENJOY!
