1 lrg non stick oven tray
Shopping list for 2
2 tortillas, gluten free, low carb or both
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Sprinkle of smokey paprika
Sprinkle of salt
Method to the madness
Heat the oven to 250 degrees
Slice the tortillas into 8 wedges, brush with the vege oil on both sides and sprinkle with the seasonings
Bake in the oven until crisp, about 5 or so mins
Leave them to cool for a few mins in the tray so they crisp up
Serve with guacamole, sour cream or any low carb dip you choose, or just eat on their own. ENJOY!
