Fresh Tomato Salsa

A yummy, quick and easy recipe that will add a refreshing tang to your dishes. Perfect to accompany Mexican dishes or your fav protein

Equipment required

Small mixing bowl

Shopping list

1 lrg good quality tomato
1/2 small white onion
Small bunch of coriander
Squeeze of lime
Pinch of salt

Method to the madness

Chop the tomato into quarters and remove the seeds, finely dice the flesh

Finely dice the onion and coriander

Mix in a bowl with a squeeze of lime and some salt

Serve alongside any mexican dishes or with some low carb tortilla chips. ENJOY!
