Lemon Butter Sauce
This is a quick a easy sauce that works well with pork, chicken, veal or seafood. It has only a small amount of fat and makes use of, a low carb lovers star fruit, lemon. Lemon juice is an excellent ingredient because it has a low sugar content and lots of health benefits. Lemon juice is an excellent anti oxidant, aids digestion and is a great sauce of Vitamin C. I used this sauce with a boneless loin pork fillet, so added rosemary as my herb. If you are using it with chicken then thyme would be an excellent substitution, try out different favour combos.

1 lemon, juice only
1/2 cup of white wine
Knob of butter
Your fav herb
Method to the madness
Simply add the butter to the pan that you have cooked your meat or seafood in, add the remaining ingredients, turn to a high heat and let the sauce reduce by about half. ENJOY!
